Angela has always wanted to remodel her kitchen, when we met with her she mentioned she needs more prepping space when she cooks. In our initial design session our experts have noticed the layout of the kitchen wasn’t utilized in the best way. We decided to enlarge the kitchen and turn it into a U shape in order to open up the space and create a more efficient working kitchen. We removed the railing between the kitchen and living room and added a beautiful waterfall edge for the unique taj mahal quartzite countertop.
We used tempered glass panels railing to create an open floor plan to the backyard and living room view. By using semi-custom cabinetry we were able to stay on our budget and still give the kitchen efficiency by allowing for better cabinetry organization like spice racks, roll out shelves , trash pull out cabinet and sleek fridge panel. Angela was pleased to see the transformation of her kitchen and couldn’t wait to utilize all the new cabinet features and use the new prepping area with ease on her new counters!
When I met with John last summer he wanted to remodel his fireplace to a warm stylish unique look. Finding the right piece of stone was not easy, we went back and forth providing more and more samples until we found the one that John loved. We decided to remove the cold black tiles and replace it with a white quartz slab piece that was leftover from the kitchen countertop.
The warm wood mantel gives the fireplace the village feel that we wanted to achieve together with the different variations in the stone that we choose completely transforms the cold look into a warm, cozy, village house interior design.
We met with Roger to remodel his master bathroom. He had enough with his outdated bathroom and wanted to upgrade it but keep the traditional spanish feel his original house carries. We relocated the L shape vanity sink into one wall full custom cabinetry with double sink and sahara beige quartz countertop. We have decided to choose custom handmade spanish tiles for the bench and for the shampoo niche in the shower. We choose a unique stand alone copper tub. All fixtures are copper finish and we installed 12X24 crema marfil with a 6 inch copper trim under the custom made chair rail tile. Those design features gave us the traditional warm spanish look Roger wanted to achieve!
